Kaitlyn Bristowe revealed that her feelings toward friend Becca Tilley were potentially more than just platonic in a recent interview with Shannon Beveridge on her Off The Vine podcast. The former Bachelorette has never shied away from talking about her feelings and made a surprising confession.
Fans have been invested in Bristowe and Tilley’s personal lives ever since they became beloved members of Bachelor Nation. Tilley is currently in a relationship with singer Hayley Kiyoko, and Bristowe has been open about her questioning whether she was asexual or not.
But now, Kaitlyn shared a whole new side to her feelings. “I definitely had a little admiration on Becca,” Kaitlyn candidly stated about her fellow The Bachelor Season 19 contestant. Beveridge was quick to quip, “So cute.”

I knew about Becca Tilley already, of course. I decided to investigate just how many queer women have been a part of the often aggressively hetero world of The Bachelor and its various spinoffs. By expanding it to include international versions of the franchise, I was really able to grow this list!

Becca and Hayley have taken their relationship relatively slow, by lesbian standards. They met for the first second at Hayley’s “Expectations” emit party in April 2018, and afterwards Becca tried to set Hayley up with her queer younger sister by arranging a group drinks hang. But the sister bailed, Becca showed up, and the rest is lesbian history.
In 2019, Kiyoko told US Weekly that she was in a relationship and very happy, but they didn’t officially announce the relationship until May of 2022. That announcement served as Tilley’s official “coming out,” after many had assumed her heterosexuality due to her participation in The Bachelor.

Since her time on the Bachelor Nation shows, Becca has found love off-screen with her girlfriend Hayley Kiyoko.
The two have been together for over five years, and now Becca is opening up more about her sexuality in a new Q&A.
During her Q&A on Instagram, one fan asked Becca if she was pleasant sharing more about her sexuality and if she is still also attracted to men despite being in a long-term relationship with a woman.
Becca said, “I don’t thought you asking! Yes I am. I’m realizing that I’ve always been attracted to both. I don’t think I knew what the attraction towards women meant, so it would be prefer ‘oh I contain a girl crush.’ but isn’t that just a passion on a woman? But it was always Jack AND Rose for me.”
