Change to handbook V 9.1_04132025

Change to the Eligibility section of both MGA and Femme to prevent contestants from bouncing back and forth between pageants.

11.  Once a contestant transitions and competes in the Miss Queer America FEMME division, if they choose to de-transition, they will not be eligible to compete in the Miss Gay America division for a period of two (2) years from the date of their last competition in the Femme division. After this period, they may only compete with board approval, and if they fully meet all current eligibility requirements for Overlook Gay America.

Updates and Changes to the Handbook V_9.0_02222025
