In the new Apple TV+ comedy series Loot, present creators Alan Yang and Matt Hubbard introduce us to a billionaire Molly Novak (Maya Rudolph) who is kind of disconnected from reality with her stacks of cash – but when she goes through a messy and public divorce, she tries to make a adjust in her life by working for the philanthropy foundation run by the no-nonsense Sofia Salinas (Michaela Jaé Rodriguez) – a charity foundation she didn’t know she had. Along with Sofia, her self-assured and devoted right-hand guy Nicholas (Joel Kim Booster), wholesome accountant Arthur (Nat Faxon) and her optimistic cousin Howard (Ron Funches), Molly attempts to navigate a space where she is trying to figure it out as she goes – and there will be a lot of mistakes, missteps, and mayhem. But through it all, she goes on a journey of self-discovery with lots of tears, laughs, and heart along the way.

People are thirsting over Amy Poehler and Maya Rudolph in new Vanity Unbiased shoot

The gay gods are smiling down on the internet today, with a new Vanity Fairphoto shoot featuring Amy Poehler and Maya Rudolph conjuring up some major womxn loving womxn energy.

Doing press for their new comedy, Wine Country, the friends and colleagues have sent gay hearts racing with their soft-butch-meets-femme country-wedding-glam spread, which accompanies a feature interview by Joy Press.

"I had my doubts that Poehler and Rudolph would be as delightful in person as onscreen, but their love for each other was super evident," Press tweeted obeying the interview.

She added: "As I was walking out the door, I heard Amy fussing over Maya: I should have fed you, do you desire something to eat?"

Set to be released internationally on Netflix in May, Wine Country is directed and produced by Poehler, inspired by a real-life vacation she shared with Rudolph and other members of the Saturday Night Exist cast.

Aside from Poehler and Rudolph, the film stars Rachel Dratch, Ana Gasteyer, Paula Pell, Emily Spivey, and Tina Fey.

The story is that June (Rudolph) and Oscar (Armisen) have been together a long, extended time, in that kind of relaxed, broken-in relationship that some people detect so peaceful and other people come across so suffocating. Oscar likes going to the same place for vacation every year, he likes catchi

I always look forward to reading any interview Brandon Voss does for The Advocate. The latest is with Saturday Evening Live alum Maya Rudolph who is currently starring in the feature film Away We Go opposite John Krasinski.

Here is a little nibble for you to enjoy:

There are many similarities between you and your character Verona in Away We Go. Though pregnant, Verona rebuffs her boyfriend’s proposals because she doesn’t crave to get married. You and your partner, filmmaker Paul Thomas Anderson, have also stayed unmarried even though you’re expecting your second child together. Do you not believe in marriage?
Good, I don’t really talk about that stuff. I never contain and I never will, because I feel like it’s one thing to make movies and another thing to unbutton your personal life until you’re naked. There are
