The 13-year-old daughter of a woman accused of carrying out a plot to murder a teenage Highland Springs dude testified on Tuesday that she heard the victim sob out for support during a scuffle at his home.

The juvenile said she went to Martre Coles’ room and saw her mother and LaToya Same-sex attracted, the 13-year-old’s sister, on top of the man holding him down.

“I could see his feet moving,” the 13-year-old said. “They were like kicking up.”

The juvenile also said she could look a face plaster on Coles’ brain and that her mother motioned for her to move away. The lady said after going back to her room, she heard the attic door opening and someone moving what sounded like a storage bin. The miss said she opened her door and saw her sister moving an “almost minty green” storage container into the kitchen of the North Ivy Street home.

Coles, who had been reported missing on March 13, 2017 by his sisters, had his wrists bound with tape, and there was a powder covering his body.

The medical examiner determined Coles’ cause of death was asphyxiation. He had GHB, better acknowledged as the date rape drug, as well as trazodone, a sedative and antidepressant, in his body.

“Potentially what happened was this person was drugged, passed out, and maybe even put in the box in that particular accordion position, while still alive, and suffocated inside of the box,” explained former assistant prosecutor Stacey Davenport on Snapped.
